The result of the assistance - a process based operation in Water Utility Company, represents a premiere for Romania. It implies a dramatic and fundamental switch from the traditional functions such as Production, Economic, Transport, Maintenance to a process oriented organisational structure, focused on the add value chain that lead to customer's satisfaction. Overlapping of activities and conflicts on the resources will be avoided, human resources will be given the opportunity for professional consolidation and career development, the company response to the market will become effective.
